Pattaya’s map skews toward cafes and nightlife more than most Thai coastal towns, and it isn’t pretending otherwise. Sheeva Cafe is the name that comes up first, with heavy review volume and a near-perfect rating still intact. Brew & Bar Pattaya edges it on score alone if you’re picking by numbers. Backstreet House Pattaya covers coffee or cocktails depending on the hour, and Republic Club Pattaya is where the later crowd ends up. There’s also a solid run of historic buildings mapped, more than the town’s reputation would lead you to expect, so a slower version of this trip is genuinely available.
